CONTACTING US BY USING THE 'CONTACT US' FORM SUBMISSION
By entering a message using the contact page form you are required to confirm you're sending a message by clicking the send button. This message and your name and the email address you entered will be forwarded to us via the WIX host system to our email address laroccabristol@gmail.com.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR EMAIL
In general we answer it! Simple requests for information or guest lists are answered as soon as possible. Business, compliance or official agency emails my be forwarded to third parties where legal or professional advice is needed, the sender will be made aware of this prior to any formal reply.
General emails are stored on gmail for up to a year and then deleted.
We DO NOT store your emails or details in any form other than how it was originally submitted. We DO NOT add your contact details to mailing or advertising lists. Compliance, legal or agency emails maybe stored for up to 6 years and may be independently archived and hard copies taken for evidential purposes and entry to our incident book.
Access to emails is restricted to authorised senior personnel only.

PHOTOGRAPHS
All of the pictures we have on this website and Facebook have been taken by our in-house photographer. We will only take a picture when people are happy to pose and are fully aware they are having a photograph taken. These pictures are classed as data and as such you have the right to ask for them to be removed from our website or Facebook. On Facebook please go to the offending picture and notify the poster for removal and we will remove and permanently delete the picture as quickly as possible. If the offending picture is on our in-house screen system or website please take a phone picture of the offending photograph and email us or send us a clear description and we will remove it from the displays/website and delete the original.
Right that's about it...although technically if you call us and you leave an answer phone message this is also digital data...basically we listen to it and delete it, we may write down your number on the back of a fag packet to make it easier to reply to you...we then shred the fag packet and dispose of it responsibly.
